To whom it may represent,
February is known for many celebrations and acknowledgements. It is also the shortest month of the year. I have been personally worried already, knowing that I have to make changes I am not ready for. Fear has a unique way of masking itself as hard work, sleepiness, anxiety, and even pride. I could never think that fear was a universal experience, but it does have a universal instinct. To explain, we all have a sense of what is safe and unsafe in our lives. Many times our instinct of fear will be taught. I encourage you to see this fear and befriend it so you may discover some of your own mysteries.
What do we do with the unknowns of our growth? Life gives us so many directions, but support never seems to follow in the way we need. What is required to be free in the growth we desire?
I have found that this month is the best moment for trial and error. Giving yourself the time to try new things, goals, and setting yourself up for social improvement is a great start to internal mastery.
I am never one to tell someone to prepare for anything out of their control, but it seems as though your identity and how you self-love will be the answer to how your comfort will grow. Sometimes you have to step outside of your comfort zone to bring something back.
Be Kind to yourself
