Sara Stiles is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with her supervisor designation. Sara has 5 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of diagnoses. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and her Master’s of Social Work from The Ohio State University. Within her years of practice, she has conducted individual, family, couples, and group therapy in a community-based and school-based setting. Sara is a generalist with a passion for treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality. She utilizes treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. With a strengths-based approach, Sara focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients. She recognizes that therapy can be a vulnerable act to participate in and believes in creating a space where clients feel safe, valued, and heard.
