Andrea has a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory endorsement. She has been providing therapeutic treatment to children, adolescents, families, and adults since 1999. She works with a multitude of issues to help people learn to function productively in society. She approaches everyone in a caring and non-judgmental fashion, assisting them to reach their maximum potential in life. She supervises students and newly licensed clinicians to help them recognize their skills and capacity to help others to change for the better. Her approach across the board is strengths based, building on other’s positive pre existing personal attributes in order to maximize personal and professional growth.
